Why are you giving away art supplies for free
Ask any artist, maker, or crafter about their materials and they’ll tell you just how expensive it can be, especially when you’re just starting out. Our closet exists to help alleviate that burden. To learn more, read “Our Story.“
Are you a nonprofit
Nope! This is 100% volunteer-run. We operate on the donations from you and other community members.
Who can use the closet and get supplies
ANYONE! The closet is here for everyone. Period.
Do you want to create things? Then you belong here!
Do you host art workshops
Yes! Visit our Events page to find our upcoming workshops.
Do I have to donate to get supplies
Definitely not.
“Give when you can, take when you need.”
If you only shop and never donate to the closet, we don’t care! We just want you to get the supplies you need.
If you only ever donate and never shop, that’s cool too. Sometimes letting go is all we need.

What kind of supplies do you accept for donation?
The list is long! High-quality and gently used are the only criteria for most supplies, but below is rough guide.
What does “gently used” mean?
Anything in good enough shape to be used again by someone else.
